All Sky Betting and Gaming services, including Sky Poker will be unavailable between 3am and 9am tomorrow (Tues 16th) so that we can carry out some essential maintenance.

Your frustration is understandable, Mr FINS. But try looking at it from another angle.
Everyone wants the Site to improve, evolve, be better. And every time they change something, it means a scheduled outage to "release" it. So the recent regular scheduled outages suggestsd that a lot of changes & improvements are in train. No bad thing, surely, & a few hours of downtime does not seem a terrible price to pay. They don't WANT to have an outage, it costs the Site money! But it's the price of building a better site, & coping with the increased traffic the Site is experiencing.
A lot of players have been asking for PAYPAL to be added to the Site, & I believe that was one of today's Releases. So, Clients requests have been listened to, taken on board, & actioned, but it took an outage to install it.
No pain, no gain.
I hope that better explains why these outages are necessary.
PS - How are things at Hillsborough now? All going well?
