Not loading....

Naively I signed up to skypoker to play the bounty hunter but the table isn't loading. I've spent 33 quid signing up and it wont work, I've turned off my firewall? Any immediate thing I can do? Or a way of getting my cash back

Any help would be appreciated

    Sorry to hear you are having problems, Give customer care a call, i'm sure they will be able to help you.  If you are using the dowload, try playing via the web site.

    Its loading but Im getting the error, I shouldn't have to open ports as I've turned off all firewalls so it shouldn't matter?

    I've tried download and web and both are giving the same errors.

    Im at uni so only have access to a mobile and the number isn't working, whilst I'm losing money. This is ridiculous. Any help?????

    Try using firefox....

    Also, check you have the latest version of flash installed...

    On the home page is an option for live chat with customer care...give them a try if the above doesnt work

    I'm in the que but its taking ages, I'll be dead before I get through.

    Cheers guys, tried firefox and chrome, in the que in the live chat, literally done everything possible with no success :(

    any chance I could get my money back or atleast free entry to the same tournament next week or another day?

    you need to talk to the customer care people.....

    normally they are understanding and will prolly give you entry into next weeks, but i am not promising anything.

    Fair Play to Sky, they have refunded me the buy-in and said it will be a one-off and will look into my connection problem.

    Thank You Sky, if I can get it working I will reward your gratitude by using skypoker more often.
