I don't think this is an original  request , but  it would be nice to be able to buy / cash in points for T-Shirts , caps , poker chip sets etc  . Any chance that Sky Poker  can look into this ?

Just one more thing ,  there is a long time delay on the internet between dealing cards and  button responding . I thought it might be my computer , but it seems that it is the same for other players . Can this be resolved ?

    Hi,

    We used to offer t-shirts, caps etc but found it wasn't very popular. People preferred to receive smaller amounts of cash for their points if they hadn't made certain requirements.

    Don't rule it out in the future though.

    In terms of the delays on your connection, it doesn't seem to affect anyone else. Have you tried calling customer care to resolve it?

    Jordan i think you guys are missing something.


    When we get say 1200 points, 1000 gets us £15, but 200 then goes to waste. Id happliy save up these "extras" to get a new hat. Which i would then wear to casino advertising i play on Sky then more people might then ask questions then come and play on Sky giving you more custom.

    So its win for me because i have a new hat, win for you because u sold a hat and gained new players.

    Hi Jordan ,

    Just a note about the time lag thingy. I did think it might be just my PC , but , the issue was raised by a player on a DYM table the other night and everyone  commented that they were having delays with the connection , and it was difficult to call / raise bets  before being timed out .

    Also , I used to wear a SKY POKER cap ( from the SPT ) when playing in  a local  poker league , but its too tatty to wear now  , so I would pay to get a new one .  The are a few other players wearing other poker site's  caps , hoodies etc , so SKY are losing out on the advertising aspect .

    I have not heard anything back with regards to the slow connection, but when I do I will post on here.

    Jordan i apprechaite Skys stance on this. I really just think Sky is missing a huge market here. my opinion ofc. Ty for responce though.
