OHL TOURNEY STARTING STACKS REDUCED - WHY??

After a slow start, Omaha Hi/Lo tournaments are finally becoming more popular and numbers have steadily risen over the last few weeks so why have SKY Poker suddenly now decided to reduce starting stacks from 2000 to 1500?  THey have ruined the tournaments.  This stinks of corporate greed.   Presumably SKY saw it as another opportunity to put a squeeze on it's customers.  Is there any medium you can take this up with someone from SKY and get an answer?
