Ok so I have a £30 bet to make on any sports bet.

Do I just go with a super fave to at least get the stake back or does anyone have a tip for me please??

    stick it on a footie bet for next season least youll get 9 months entertainment even if you loose.

    TORRES top goalscorer 8/1
    hes got his confidence back and on his day is world class

    or if your feeling a bit more daring

    HERNANDEZ top goalscorer 20/1

    hes the best poacher in the league and if he stays fit will be good for 20 goals even if hes coming off the bench.

    If you,ve not put in on already i,d go for Yohan Blake in the 100meters at the Olympics at 2/1 (Just had a tenner on him myself after watching the documentaery" Can anyone beat Bolt " and its now been proved they can

    He,s beaten his training partner- Ussain Bolt in the 100m and 200m now, yet Bolt is still ods on

    It should be a gr8 race and wouldn,t rule out a 1-2-3 by the Jamacians as Assaffa Powell also qualified despite an injury

    I,d have a bet on the Jamacian relay team but the odds will be ridicously short as sprinting is pretty much there national sport
