Robbed of Both Bounties

So i thought i would give the 12k bounty hunter & mini a go for the first time. Paid my £33 and £3.30 and had a good start in both tournies, doubling up both within 5 minutes of play. However the game lag set in, (not the connection speed), and by the time it was my turn on both tables, i could only click the "I'm Back" tab every go. So i just closed one table, and went all in every hand, which took 3 hands to bust out. I returned to the big table, but was still unplayable, so repeated the all in plan. As i mentioned in a previous post, i tested my comp on another site and could play 4 tables without any problems. Can you please sort the resource usage with the software please. I like playing at sky and wish to remain playing here but i do not wish to donate buy-ins for a bad experience of play. :)

    It's rediculous. I have no issues with anything on my comp. Videos buffer properly, the test poker site runs perfect 4 tables multi, its just sky software, which i have re-installed. I thought i was a decent poker player until i watched 865/861, much improved thanks to Mr Hartigan, so anxious to play on the site. frustrating however that i cannot.
    Are there any updates for the siofware to make it run more smoothly?

    Not my thing tbh...How about Murdoch delve into them millions he makes from his customers and get some decent software as imho, sky hosts one of the worst software, many glitches etc. Like the "fold" to a bet, yet if someone goes "all in", im asked again if i want to fold, Sometimes out of the blue, the bet bats no longer work,(unclickable), so have to go to mini-view and back to standad view to fix, Nothing else off the top of my head lol.
