It appears no one from Sky replies to any suggestions ? or are they old suggestions just been recycled ?

    You'll struggle to find one reply from any representative to any thread in this section.

    Though Tikay's said in the past it all gets read blah blah blah (the blah blah blah bit being they will respond more - again, this was over a year ago and nothing's changed).
