No way - Cheltenham is número UNO for all. Hence the place being packed for the 4 days with Irish punters. Punchestown is however the biggest and most important  festival held in Ireland yes. It , like aintree is great fr those post Cheltenham withdrawal symptoms. It a cracking festival in its on right which hosts grade 1's over all 5 days, one of which will be solwhit against quevega and the likes of the fly and our Conor on the scene as well should be good fun. Only a fortnight tomorrow  away

Oddshecker has the punchestowns gold cup priced up - the good thing is most intended runners actually turn up in the end giving a rather large and quality filled field. SDC, captain Chris, 1st lieutenant , long run , seabass, Quito de la roque, roi du mee, all handed entries.

Plus 1 to that - jst looked at all grade 1's and some look hotter races than we saw in march or April combined! At least 2 grade 1's each day sprinter sacre , champagne fever, rule the world all hoping to line up over the week. And a ton more
