Cash reward issue?

Anyone else not received there's? I contacted sky and they saying I never opted in, even though the promo page clearly states that if u ever received cash for points you won't need to opt in again. Which I have for 2 years.

    Yes there is an issue.

    I've been playing this afternoon so was unsure if it had been paid in.

    Spoke to CC and she had to pay it manually.

    Entered the new code too for next month (even though it says we didn't need to)

    YEH they said to me theyd get poker team to sort it.

    Still waiting.

    I can obv deposit cash but still annoying
