cash for points

did any body else not get paid their cash for points? been onto chat a few times, not really gotten anywere. 1st person i spoke to was rude. Has this happened before?

    Hi Badfish
    take no notice if people are rude, if you still haven't been paid by Monday,contact CC they will sort it out.

    I haven't been paid, refuse to deposit anymore either. Everytime i speak to them they want to come back the next day
