Satellites to Bigger Events

Has it been suggested previously that Sky run satellites to bigger events and what was the outcome? I know they used to do some sort of vegas package but are satellites to other tournaments possible?

    There have been a number of previous tournies but lately legal issues have prevented Sky from offering satellites

    I am not sure what events they could do it for? Most live events have an association with an online site so it would seem strange for sky to do sats for something that would be promoting a rival site.
