    What did you do just before this and how long did it look like that?

    Did you try re-tiling?

    I think I might have lost connection for a second just before this, only thing I can think of. 

    It looked like that for a few minutes until I just closed it.

    Re-tiling didn't fix it.

    To me it just looks like you lost connection before all of the data loaded. Just the same thing would happen if you had tried to load a web page and got disconnected before it had fully loaded.
