Need quick help about withdrawal.

Ok so my balance says £73 but i can only withdraw £18?  None of my winnings are bonus money, when i click on skybet or skyvegas it goes back down to £18... what is going on?

    Best idea is to contact customer care.
    If you look at at bottom right of page in green "contact us".Click "chat" option fill in form and click "start live chat" and you will be put through to someone who can help or you can always use the phone option.GL
