Hey,

I'm looking to join a team. I'm new to all this team stuff, can someone give me the lo-down?

    I also don't know much about how teams work and the benefits of joining one, can someone enlighten us? :-)

    Hi Guys

    If you play regular online poker or visit the forum, then teams are a great way to meet and make online poker buddies.

    We play a series of games on a Monday nights called the Monday Forum DTD.........

    This consists of 3 tournaments...

    DTD1 - 7.15pm £2,20
    DTD2 - 7.45pm £1.10
    DTD3 - 8.30pm £2,20

    We have some great fun & banter at the tables with our fellow teamies and also against our team rivals.

    It's not compulsary to play every week, but its certainly a lot of fun

    Its also great to have team support on the rail & they are always happy to offer a little help & advice in the team threads.

    On Friday we also play the "Friday Orfordable League" for a bit of fun.

    Most teams have their own facebook pages too.


    Have a browse around the Team Threads & if one of them takes your fancy then ask if you can join.

    It a really good crack, lads. I'm not a massive MTT-head but the DTD night is an ace night of poker and all for a fiver. The team aspect is great, you'll get tonnes of support, advice and banter at the tables, and people will help you out in the team threads. you'll get out as much as you're willing to put in, basically. 

    I'm in TPT too btw

    Do I need to join a subteam?
    Do I need a pin code to joing the tournament or is it open to anyone?

    Hi Scampy.
    TPT (Team Poker Titans) do not have any "sub-teams" - thats something that HitMan_RV does with his hitsquad team and was done for the purpose of making the Monday Forum DTD tournies more competitive as the have a massive squad of players compared to most other teams and it also helps with the fun and banter at the tables too.

    So anyway - Welcome to TPT

    DTD1 - DTD2 & DTD3 tournaments will be available in the lobby every Monday..........

    Register for ALL three tournies when they are available in the tournament lobby - You will also need to post your name and team (TPT) in the "Monday Forum DTD" thread which you will find in the "Poker Chat" section of the forum each week. (I will keep you updated in the team Poker Titans Thread nearer the time.

    No password or code needed, just register for all 3


    Pop by and say hello to all your new team mates in the Team Poker Titans Thread and I will update the team list shortly.
