i pretty much allways bet here but is it too weak just taking a free one when stacks arnt deep?

    Cbet here is fine, I'd bet less though, something ~210-230.

    I'd say up could bet even less though- you have blockers to a lot of the straight draws. 180 or so is my vote. 

    Saying that, it probably have bet 220 or something in game with 15 seconds thinking time.

    I think you have to bet this flop mate so much hits you, QK, QA , QJ, QT, QQ, 99.  It wouldn't be bad (weak) to check behind here, but I prefer to lead here as most of the time we're going to take it down @ the flop.

    ok cheers, i allways bet myself here just wondered how bad a check was thats all.

    p.s you two stop nitpicking with bet sizing, its a little over half pot nothing wrong with it :-)
    bet anything smaller than half pot on sky and the loonatics asume u are weak and decide to re-raise, ok wen u have it but not when u havnt :-)
