Hi there,
Can anyone help please, i registered for the above tournament for £5.75, the money was taken out of my account but when it hit 11.30pm the clock ran to zero bot it showed as cancel registeration and tornament lobby tab instead of changing to lauch tornament. I checked my tables in registered and running tabs but it did not show up there. So the moneys been taken by sky but the tournament did not start, and is showing as starting soon even though it should of staqrted nearly 30mins ago, can somebody help, how do i get the money credited back on to my account ?

if you feel our technical problems have affected your ability to play at the tables, and/ or caused you to lose money please get in contact with customer care. the team will be happy to investigate all reported problems and depending on the merits of your case will see what can be done.
