I suppose it's bothering me because I got in a good position and felt like I blew it! Played against some good
Players in the mega last night , stokefc , julesnott, lamboi11 and felt like I was holding my own then my AA got busted, then this happend... So was bit cross with myself

Confidence is rock bottom at the min .... Played live a while back and got a good stack (3xstarting) and blew it
So decided to play tighter and smarter (and really work at my game) and this hand got me because I can't work out if it was smart or right in the position I was in (5/52.   51bb) I know it was always going to be a flip but I thought 2nd villains shuv was to iso the shortys shuv .
I kind of think standard tournament plays but I thought I'd take Kevin Allens advice and ask :-)

Hi Andrea. This is only my personnel view, so please take with a pinch of salt. I don't normally comment on hands as I get  team mock on my case, but I will do here for you. Others will prob come along and give you all the maths for it and what you should of done in a 1000 word essay ;)

I would prob flat here and take a look at flop. You then have the chance to rep the flop and maybe get the underpair to fold. Sometimes it is worth waiting for better spots when you have a healthy stack though.

AA hand. If you were CL or not, it plays itself. Just a cooler, ul..move on to the next.

Your confidence will come back. Give it time as you are a good player. Good luck on the tables.

*edit - sorry, just realised it was an all in to call after two all ins. I would prob fold in this case and make notes on what hands they were going with. Hopefully then use this info for future plays.

Thanks Alan, I'm trying to get my head round waiting for better spots when I have a stack and this is probably  one of them
I've always struggled to fold a hand but I'm working on it ...
Thanks for the reply , I must learn to press that fold button ! (When I don't need to risk my stack !)

AKs in the mega stack? Never fold ever.

You either double/treble up, or bust the yawn stack, so it's win win basically.

Flatting pre would be the worst thing you could do, unless it was to induce from the bb, which is unlikely as the button 37x opened.
