Small pocket pairs in timed games

Been having a discussion with a friend on playing lower pocket pairs utg in these tourneys.

Say you have 22-77 utg with between 15 and 20bb halfway through a ten quid lunch timed. What what you do? If you raiss, how much do you bet?

    I am binning them if you get called you are flipping at best there has got to be better spots
