I understand youre problems but

Whilst i understand the problems it would be nice to have an annoucement on the forum expalining refund situations i feel this may quell the fire for the 100s queuing for customer services to ask for refunds

     seems like we will all get a refund but what about the lucky few who were not locked out and stole all the blinds and finished the game?

    Can anyone please tell me if Sky will refund automatically or will we have to claim individually? It would be nice if Sky put some info on the site to let us know!
    I was entered in a £11 DYM Sit & Go which was just starting off as the site crashed but the £11 has been debited from my account even though I didn't see a hand.
