Old style Flash-based tables to disappear

Tikay10Tikay10 Member, Administrator, Moderator Posts: 161,268

This won't affect many of you at all, but a very small minority of players still use the old style Flash-based tables.

These tables will be decommissioned in the next few days & so will no longer be available. It's not a matter that can be avoided or changed, for various technical reasons, these Tables have to be removed.

At present, when using the "normal" tables, you can see this in the box in the bottom left hand corner;

So that "Problems with the New Tables?" link will disappear, too.

Any questions, fire away.

This should not affect many of you at all, but if it does, apologies.

Are the flash tables the dark blue ones?

It's been that many years since I last used them that I have no idea I'm afraid.

Chances are it will not affect you. The so-called "new" tables are as old as me.

Ah ok, the tables auto change when you shrink them down enough to the dark blue less polished tables

It's how the tables used to be years ago JJ,

To get that sort of table, select Problems with New Table> Load Old Table

Please note that if that link has not disappeared yet, it will in the next few days, as will those tables. (see O.P.).

How do you revert from old style tables, to new style tables?

Im in the same predicament, I changed tables when I saw this thread, now I can't change them back, I think I lost £50 tilting whilst playing and trying to change then back.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the client, still wrong tables. Im having to play on the browser it's less tilting, just.

To change your tables from the old ones to the new ones you need to clear your cookies. When you change to the old tables it installs a cookie that will last a week. If you clear them obviously it will revert back to the new ones.

The option to revert back to the old tables will disappear this week.

Hi mumsie/Larson, as SamT mentions you will need to clear your cookies - if you’re using the download client on Windows, you'll need to clear them using IE/Edge.

The Flash table will be removed completely in the next day or so anyway so this shouldn’t continue to be an issue.

Yes I still use the old tables as can't get to grips with the modern new ones.

Guess Im just an old "fuddy duddy" who resists change.

Will be a sad day for me when they stop, really disappointing :(
