Go to any of Sky Bet, Sky Vegas or Sky Casino, click the Promotions Tab & then scroll down until you see the Sky Poker £50k Freeroll Series.

Click that & the Password is there.

The password is not available on Sky Poker I'm afraid, of it were I'd happily give it to you.

You need to hurry, as it is almost at it's 2,500 cap.

It's full now (2,500), so the Password is no longer of any use.

Seems like the software is struggling tonight, sometimes pausing a minute or more between hands. I think our table managed maybe 4 hands in level 5.

    Hi Barny,

Yes, I'm watching it, there's clearly a problem.

A fun Friday evening awaits me.....

My guess would be that "Hand for hand" has been switched on throughout the tournament.

No, don't think it's that Barny, but I can see it's a bit of a pain.

Luckily, it's a Freeroll, but it's not good.

For those playing this, apologies, but I don't think there's anything that can be done about it tonight.

I believe the problem is related to the fact that, in effect, everyone gets paid, which is not something they have done before as far as I am aware.

It might - might - improve when it gets down to 1,000, & the "proper" payouts start, but that's a pure (& optimistic) guess.

I actually believe @FCHD is spot on here, and said the same thing to a couple of other regs playing.

I busted in the hand before the break. It did exactly the same as when you bust H4H - Keeps you seated at the table with 0 chips, then removes you and gives you your final position.

It kicked me off the table and gave me the "You finished 1776th" pop up at exactly the same time as the timer for the 5 minute break appeared and began - I suspect all hands 'finished' when the break began because H4H.

Having a very basic understanding of computer code etc, my uneducated guess would be that the MTT decided it needed to be in H4H at the start because there's 1 or less people needing to bust before the prize payouts begin, then H4H was never switched off because of the bubble not bursting, because there was never a bubble to burst.

Obviously this never gets discovered before now because the vast majority of MTTs don't pay every player.

EDIT: 640ish left atm. Typically with these large freerolls, once they get down to a 'normal' size the bugs usually fix themselves.

I suspect this bug will fix itself for the final table (Obviously a bit late by then!) when the H4H is triggered then deactivated for the FT.

incidentally, when I got knocked out, it took about 3 -5 minutes for the popup to say you have been awarded £0.80.

I've been in contact with the Office throughout, & their first thought was the same - that it is set up for H4H from the start.

In fact, that was not the case.

Anyway, it's getting there (slowly), 259 left, & it'll be over soon. Ish.

Still, it's all free money, so I doubt anyone will complain.

Not good though, so again, apologies.

With around 220 players left, it is now playing "normally".

Hopefully it will remain like that until it concludes.

I found the pausing between hands helpful at times with hands going on on the cash tables I was playing! :):)

    ;)

I was monitoring the tables, & one chap, who only ever comes on the Forum to moan & be sarcy, was having a major rant. So I looked him up on Sharky - he only plays Freerolls, except he played a £2 MTT (from Freeroll winnings) once.

What a time to be alive, eh?

I would be totally okay with something like having to do one of the following in the last week:

    - £5 Cumulative sports bets
    - £10 Vegas stake
    - £10 Casino stake
    - £5 Bingo stake
    - 5/10 Poker points

In order to enter. Would be no barrier to legit customers for cross promotion, but get rid of most of the only-play-freeroll types. (Was someone else who suggested same thing to me so can't take credit)
