looks like a fold, when your calling flop and turn on this board he knows you got an ace, prob an ace, so when he shoves river he thinks hes going to get a call from Ace - x ( above j), i would say hes got a set or hes got AQ leaning more towards AQ

+ yeah defo re raise this deep make it 420 so if he comes over you dont lose to much folding and it narrows down his range
