Table not popping up

Just regged for a £3.15 HU sit & go & my table did not open. I clicked 'launch tournament' & nothing happened, I then clicked 'observe table' in the tournament lobby, still nothing.

Live chat said it's my problem & won't be getting a refund, even though I've played thousands of games on sky & it never happeneing before.

Has anyone else experienced this & did you get your money back? I know it's only £3.15 but thats not the point.....when you've payed you expect the chance to play!

    Edit - after a bit more moaning I did manage to get the refund, thank you sky :)

    Are you using the download or browser? If browser what browser?

    have you been logged in recently on any other machines?

    have you tried clearing recent internet files/history/cookies clear cache etc.
