Late reg timer query

I've noticed that on a couple of the tourneys I've entered it says "Late Reg will be open for 20 minutes." and then the counters runs down from 40 mins.

What's that all about?

a lot of the lobbies are wrong. I'd look in the next tab, the blind section and see when it says late reg ends in there.
