You shouldn't, though. This was optimal. Standard, as they say.
Don't dwell on your 70/30 shots. You'll lose far, far too many of them to remain sane if you keep thinking about them.
Thanks for the response, think i dwell on my 70/30 shots too much as it happens often and can be frustrating, even more so as in this tournament i got to the last 15 out of 75 and i only plated around 15 hands, some not through choice as i checked a few in the big blind, frustrating when you don't get any hands and then you pick up ak and lose your 70/30 shot
