10K Freeroll

hi when i signed up, i was under the impression that i got a free entry into a £10K freeroll....... i have made a deposit...(lost it all)  can anyone tell me where or when it is?

i tried to register for the £5K freeroll and it wont let me..

As far as i know all you had to do was be a 1st time player on sky... That include skybet and that i think also and as soon as you start playing. Did you do all of this?
