Show the users online/last posts of forum etc?

I was just wondering why this forum doesn't have a bit at the top that tells you what the last topic posted in was and by who, and a bit at the bottom to tell everyone who is currenly online? Most other forums have it, it's a good thing to have especially the users online bit, i never know when someone is online or not if i am waiting for a reply from them lol.

    It seems no one is interested in this section at all skeg. I dont know why sky dont delete this forum topic along with the announcements forum topic.
