My c-bet was badly sized cause I was running out of time. I think I'd normally continue for 200 here as it's common everybody misses here.

cbet size normally needs to be at least 300. HOWEVER given our opponents stack size here i probably just check and give up. We are also 4 way in a £1 tournament so most pairs, and flush draws(which have redic good quity v our hand) will call.
