lastnight i entered a saterlite and went through to the final. due to circumstances out of my control, i could not play and unregistered thinking i would recieve the buy in but i didnt as that was the prize i was told. so what would happen if i entered two saterlites for the same competition and qualify both times. would i get a refund on one as you cant buy in twice in a comp?

you would get a cash prize for the 2nd sat win equal to the buyin of the target tournament.

theres a way around what happened to you last night, it involves regging for the target tournament before playing the sats but someone will put it in simpler terms than i can.

if the situation arises again where you cannot play an event you have sattelitted into, then contact customer care, they may be able to put you into a different tourney on another night instead of losing the buyin

In simple terms of what tintin said. 

Say you want to play the primo, you enter a sat and your on the seat bubble. Buy into the primo then when you win you can de-reg and get the £55. Then if you want to play you've won the buy in, and if you can't you still get the cash.
