Not sure I want to post this but played 4 days since Saturday for a total loss of £27.37 All losing sessions - just checked winnings over £1 (53) against losses (37). I am rubbish ! Good results from the rest of you guys though particularly STFC (I'm a few months older than you !). Didn't expect any different from TINTIN - well played. Posted by clubhammer
Hey Club,
The whole reason i started this thread was to see what was happening at 2p 4p tables and how people were doing good and bad.
One of the best things I find is going over hands, winning hands and losing hands. I'm not saying go over every hand, but when you done the search on £1 plus and over £1 loss have a look at those hands, especially the ones you lost. Have a look to see what happened in these hands, and how you might do stuff a bit differently. It could be you are just on a bad run at the moment.
I had a session a couple of days ago, i came on tired, i just wasn't at all in the mood for it, and ended up spewing away a good few quid, any 2 cards looked like monsters, and i was happy getting it all in on a draw. I was playing really bad.
Another good thing is to post up hand IDs in the poker clinic so people can give you feedback on how the hands played out, i find this really useful to help me adapt and learn.
some great results shown here... which just shows that 2p/4p is beatable, just like all levels of cash. i've only played 1 session at nl4 this week, which was y'day..played 1 table won £7.12 had a feeling TINTIN's name might be around. stfc 1953 amazing result nearly £100 up LARSON 7 steady well done to everyone great thread LARSON 7, any thoughts as to making it a weekly thing? dev Posted by devonfish5
Hey Dev,
I have something else planned for next week!
If i post something publically it commits me to not playing like a total donk lol and stay focussed.
I've played against you a few times, you play really well. I'm pretty conident in the fullness of time taking variance out you would do really well at NL10.
BENC yeah it would be really good if we cold get something going, with sky maybe chipping in with some prize.
Tho it's hard to say what format it would take, or what would be fair.

STFC was on my table tonight, i had a look at the amount of tables he was on 10!!
Just wondering the max i can do on here is 4, no more space on the screen, and its hard enough managing 4 tables with the quickness of the time bar.
Scotty77 sometimes multi tables 21!! How can you play so many tables? Multi screens?
Played earlier and lost £10 so came back to win it back and went further down! Decided I'd play and watch the cricket until I was even and it took a while as I wasn't getting lucky at all! : +£1.10
Running total: +£96.28
Like LARSON I can't play tomorrow evening as I'm going to pick my other son up from University for the Easter break. It's a long way so Not back until Saturday evening and will be very tired most likely so I'll give you all a break for a bit! Enjoyed the challenge thanks LARSON, good luck to everyone.
In Response to Re: 2p-4p challenge : ha ha. yes it is at the moment mate. thank you for your reply stfc. the reason i am interested in how many tables u play is because i have just switched to playing cash this year(nl4 atm) from playing dym's last year, and i am always interested in how other players such as yourself and tintin for example,go about winning and how many tables you prefer to play. i was playing up to 20 playing dym's but am back to just 1 atm. ha ha still i'm sure i'll be playing a few more again soon. yeah,i've been dabbling at nl10 shall we say but it's been a rollercoaster so far..win one day big lose the nest,so back playing it safe at nl4...again. lol best wishes stfc.i'm sure we'll meet up at a table in the near future. dev Posted by devonfish5
No problem.
I don't think I play as many as TINTIN, he seems to be on every single table and if I join one without him he is like a leech and finds me hehe.

A few maniacs around tonight but unable to get a hand to take them on.

Too right, lots of people incapable of folding flush draws tonight, just see my previous post lol. Clearly behind, yet he seems happy to stack off.
