Whats going on here? How come Phil has been dealt in? Has happened a few times but only just managed to screenshot it this time.

Just for the time being whilst the photo pends approval.

I sit on the button in a NL10 6 people cash game.

To my left phil sits and has been dealt in but paid no money.

To the left of him the small blind sits with 5p and left of him BB with 10p??

How come phil has been dealt in?
