Personally I don't think it is. Somebody raised from UTG and he flat called, you then attempted to squeeze and he called your squeeze play, check called two streets and led the river. In my opinion that is super strong? I would discard that hand PF. The squeeze play isn't always bad but when you completely miss the flop I think you should reconsider.

Kinda depends on how competent the opponent is imo because it's an overcard to alot of the PPs they may have called the flop with, and some people will call 1 street with a half decent FD but not 2 if you keep betting strong. If I was barrelling I'd go a bit bigger though.

The only problem is, if the opponent is competent, you shouldn't have many Jx in your range so it doesn't change things much.

I like the squeeze still I don't think I'm ever folding this hand on the button when Iv been aggressive most the table and by 3 betting it I give myself a lot of options. Exactly, when I cb on this board I don't think they both fold often but when an overcard come hats a non diamond yen I will be barrelling it . I was abit surprised his actions were so strong I'm not even sure what I put him on maybe a 3x hand or pocket 55, any other pocket pair or ace high and possiably weak flush draws have to fold whn I barrell the turn; that's why I think it was a good card to barrell, thanks for the opinions

I think the squeeze is fine and the lead out also fine. The only problem with the double barrel is your building the pot too big with very little equity. He could easily have 44 and as said you dont have many Jx hands to represent. He more likely has the 44, 55, suited high cards that include a J and even a 3. Your best saving your bet for the river after youve seen what hes done twice and also a more managable pot.

Yeah but i really did think alot of his range would have to fold, but proberly checking turn and betting a non diamond river would be a better line.  Even if he has a flush draw on the turn he still prob calls and thats not what i was trying to achieve, thanks for the advice craig
