the structure of the table was the villians were always wanting to see the flop and became tight with the flop.
when i hit the set what i thought was  with me holding QQ i couldn't see them hold a Q so the villians would fold to a cbet
when the villian bets pot on both te flop and turn was i right to then shove my set with the A hitting the turn or does it still look more like a set?

With stack sizes, he shouldn't really be folding the turn ever, but I might just flat and stick the rest in on the river anyway cos you do see some crazy stuff at these levels and there basically isn't a single river card you're bothered about anyway.

That said, chances are if he's folding the turn, he'll probably fold the river too unless he's got something random like Kx and he spikes a K on the river. I probably prefer to give him as much chance as possible to catch something.
