How many buy ins do people think I should have before attempting to move up a level. Alot of pros say have 100 buy ins for the level you want to play but I think that's a little steep, especially if playing 100nl+

What bankroll management rules do people use here and why? (Cash only)

Give me an example of your buy in rules and how large your roll is for the level you play? The whole point is not having to reload

Id reccomend for you to have £10000 in your roll  if you are planning to do it seriously.  If not and you have around £4000-£5000 give yourself like a 6 buyin rule and take a shot and move back down to 50nl if you lose them.

If you really wanna avoid going bust then 50BIs is the absolute minimum IMO and on top of that, you HAVE to be disciplined with moving down levels if things dont go well and u aint got 50 BIs any more

Then again who am i to talk about playing 100nl with a £10000 roll when about a year ago i was playing 100nl,200nl 300nl and 500 nl with a 2k roll and spun it both down then up! Risk/reward lol.

only on weekends when he feels frisky. 

during the week it's usually 450+ :-)

Lol, no people just like to take the .... that I'm a bankroll nit. I used to be bad (although not 150BI bad lol) but I've loosened up now.

Atm I play 20NL and 30NL with about 1.2k so not loosey goosey, but not nitsville either
