AK offsuit in the SB early tournament

A❤K♦ in the SB. I have 25K and av.stack is 20K. Blinds 50/100 level 2 of a £30 LIVE comp. Playing 8handed.
There's a raise utg of 250 made before the cards are dealt because seat 1 is messing around and there is 1 caller. The villian calls in the seat 3 and then there are 3 callers behind him. (So  I want to isolate but as we are so deep and it takes a lot to achieve this i bet 2,500. My bet is big because i have often find at this casino when so deep if i bet 2K i would still get 3-4 callers. (I actually feel in hindsight maybe it should have been a little bigger. My bet of 2,500 gets a call from the BB (an extreme fish who I have seen call with AJ offsuit in similar spots) and the villian calls too.

Flop: 8❤ 5♣3♥
about 8.75K in the pot, I lead out for 3,500 player 1 folds and the villian calls.
Turn comes 10♦

I bet 4,500 and the villian ships all in for 15,100.

I now have to call 10,600 to take a 45K pot. If i fold i would have 15K left. Im getting 3.5-1 and i believe that theres 10% he has air (Ax) and 30% he has two hearts. If i call and lose i would have 5K left. Can an argument be made for a hero call?

Other Questions:
  • Pre: If i bet 3K im far more likely to get 1 caller and feel i still will 30% of the time at this very fishy table. If you peg your table as all loose-weak players what is the correct raising amount
  • Is my lead out on the flop a good amount? I think im repping an overpair well.
  • Should i check or bet the turn? How much? I feel like a check-raise on the turn isnt the correct line for my represented overpair and that i should lead out.
  • By the turn does my line rep an overpair?

Thanks for the response. Could you elaborate please on what you think the correct action pre-flop is then?
Are you limping or raising less and accepting the fact your getting 5 callers?

Or was it more the post-flop play that you think was wrong?

meh man up if they are raising blind. There is  650 in the pot pre cards being dealt instead of 150.

2500 seems like a good exploitation.

depending how much better you feel you are than them you can decide on 2500 being better than ai for example.

once you raise big, get called and brick. you stil have overcard equity,, it depends how you feel about what they'll percieve of you checking the flop. you dont want to start c/c down trying to hit overcarsds, but if they are really calling that wide you can have the best hand still.

betting flop is fine, once you brick the turn c/f is probably best but this is also why I started to discuss the merits of just essentially jamming pre with your raise sizing.

once you then bet the turn and they shove you just kinda have to assume you're beat, if you think they only ever have 1 pair hands the bulk of the time, and are capable of shipping over your turn bet with a bunch of their drawing hands then you may well be getting the right price to call and try and do one of them overcards. that's up to you, and how you percieve your opponents.

I would raise less to like 1600 OR I might just flat pre instead, if we connect nicely we are disguised.

post flop c bet is fine. turn is a bit dodgy, as played u may have to call it off! ughaments

It's interesting that you say that as I did call it off and he turned over pocket 4's. River came a blank and I lost the pot. I still wasnt sure afterwards whether once I'd got to the position I was in the call was totally donkish or marginal.

    Thanks for your advice.
