20nl deep under-repped hand v lag villain, raise or flat otr?

Yo.

Decided to flat here pre and let my opponent have the lead post flop, think it's a decent ploy this deep against a loose player who likes to barrell and bluff away and will probably value bet quite wide on all streets.

Question is otr, do I bottle it and just flat his third bet, or stick to the initial plan and go for some value having under-repped my hand throughout?

He'll probably find it hard to fold any Qx here if I click it, and will only shove if I'm beat so I can comfortably raise fold.

Very possible he can have 7x also, will probably just flat this if I raise.

Only behind to 7x, QQ, AA and maybe 66. Doubt he's got jacks ever after barrelling turn.

Villain knows me well, my image of making bad bluffs in weird spots that make little sense might get me paid in spots like this?

Wanted to make it £15.50 and fold to a shove? Thoughts?

I think you answered it yourself.
given all the info you have provided then flatting the river would indeed be bottling it. can't see anything to suggest your sneaky plan has gone awry.

rofl you sure take your own advice.

dohhhh 300bb deep 3bet pre, you say he's sick lose aggro and bets like so much innit, then he's just going to bet call trips.

you'll most likely just raise and get bet tank called by better a bunch. you peeld pre to widen potential ranges post, and he's fired 3 awesome, now call.  you didn't peel pre to put him on 2 combos you can beat then put in a raise when you know he can have a whole bunch of the combos you lose to given he can have 7x/66/JJ etc he sure is bet calling TT or 88 on the river.

Name a hand other than AQ/QJ that he bet calls on the river that we beat.

I think oppo can barrel with with Jacks on turn v yourself. Although i was on the table so ive worked out who the oppo is - probably reflects my reply tbh. Id imagine our opponent will know your capable of floating.

I think we can defo raise. I maybe go to £20 - is that too much?

Meh, looks like it has died then.

I did just flat in the end, and vil had flopped 3 7s. Might be a case of the wrong play at the right time.

    ty for posts.

    thanks for the result

but that is always the problem with slow playing - that you don´t get the info to know whether you are good or not - but you know that!
