Live stream sound issues

Maybe this will help the Sky tech team.

I start the stream from the download client and whenever a table opens the sound dies and I have to re-start the stream.

Do both of your tables open in miniview?

I say this because I discovered miniviewing a table cut the sound out.  My tables open in mini.

i have noticed the sound cutting out when i open a new table in mini view

The sound also cuts out when a full view table launches, most irritating

Hey folks,

Is this still happening for you? I have been trying to replicate it in the office this afternoon and can't get the sound to cut out no matter how hard I try. 

Mind you, it's not Orford on the telly, which is probably why...

Yeah, still happening for me too, using download client.

Been happening since an Adobe air update a few days back.

the version of adobe i have installed is 11,7,700,169

I have Flash version 11,7,700,169 and AIR version 3.7.0.1530

Noticed the issue after the last AIR update

but now no sound or vision!

However, sound is intermittent and keeps cutting out and i have to reload stream

if you were to just download another type of web browser such as google crome you could load the tv channel through that while you load the tables up with the main web brower i still keep my sound on the stream.

Also version 11,7,700,179 and the issue is endlessly repeatable.

Same for me last couple of days. Sound cuts when table opens.

Trying to rail Mr ach is proving to be a pain in the neck, having to close and reopen 861 every time he moves tables.
