com buffs, can you help

dont know whats happening but let me explain. iam unable to pm anyone bcause i cannot get to my messages and i cannot get to the forums/blogs etc when i click on. this is all done through the download version. and to make matters worse something i have not come accross b4, i launched mt table and there were no avatars and i could not see my cards. they were face down!!. has anyone seen or expierienced this b4? scouse red once sorted it out for me but i cant remember how. iam writing this through the net version of sky poker wich iam not keen on has apossed to the download version. can anyone help me its so fustrtating.
