i'm sitting in the BB, checks to the turn, there is a raise and a reraise on the turn (im first 2 act), when i hit the flush on the river, i'm first to act and there has been strenth shown on the turn, it' been limped preflop, I am thinking I have the best hand here a lot of the time, if i shove good chance i am getting called by a weaker hand. I guess most people wont like the river ship?  Maybe Check Raise it? Bet smaller, 3/4 pot size bet on river? I think whatever way, it was still going in. I guess i could have just bet - called a reraise.

You could bet and call a raise, but we don't know they're gonna raise the river and alot of micro players are passive unless they have nutty hands.

I probably lead out and maybe even overbet the pot, but the shove is a bit much, he still has over 100xBB behind. I might go £1.50

FWIW, we're no where near getting the odds on the turn to call, and barely even have the implied odds if we the guy behind you folds.

In that spot Paul, always a fold? We have what like a 4/1 chance to hit the flush. If we hit the flush, say it's the nut flush draw, what would you say is reasonable to call here? If its the nus flush draw, is it still a fold?

And are the implied odds not there that when we hit were scoping a big pot?

It's not terrible I don't think, was just pointing out it's close, even more so when we're drawing to a hand that might not even be the best one.

Assuming the player behind folds we're paying 26p and dream scenario the best we can do is stack him for £1.51 more. You have about 20% chance of making the flush on the river, so we are getting the right price but that assumes we pretty much HAVE to always have the best hand when we hit AND stack him virtually 100% of the time.

But yeah NFD would be much nicer, still not terrible though I don't think.
