Hey everyone,
This morning, the Sit n Go variant, '50/50' was re-released into the sit n go lobby.
So my challenge to the people of the forum, is a FREE £11 entry into tomorrow nights (Friday) £3,000 Guaranteed Rebuy event at 9pm.
Heres the challenge....
Whoever can get the most consecutive cashes in this variant between now and 3pm tomorrow, will win the seat. The person who has the second most consecutive cashes will get a mini seat (worth £5.50) tomorrow evening!
So get playing and post your consecutive cashes on this forum thread. I will check back at 3pm tomorrow and delegate the prizes accordingly.
Also let us know how the game plays and any suggestions you may have.
Thanks and good luck

EDIT - ok, I'm posting my score. 7. It's absolutely dead on the lobby (1am on a Thurs - go figure!), but finally a turbo game got going. All 6 of us still left in as the blinds went to 200/400 (1500 start stack!) and I threw my 1200 in with AJ UTG called off by AA. Much prefer the Speed structure although Turbo wouldn't have been too bad if everyone at the table had been a bit looser.
GL anyone having a go.
At the moment the call is with bbMike.
Quick....get going!!!
IDONKCALLU comes in second with a run of 4 and gets a mini seat for his troubles!
The competition doesn't stop there though....
Over the weekend, the same rules apply.....but the stakes are slightly higher!
Whoever puts the longest sequence together from now will win a seat into the 7pm Bounty Hunter on Monday evening (seat worth £22)
Everybody starts on zero, and post your sequences on this thread...
Good luck everybody!
Spread the word about 50/50's and please let us know how they play
Thanks
Mike
Only 50/50 tournaments count, and the sequence is only on those! You can play other games inbetween your 50/50 run!
Thanks
So best today for me is just 3. May have some time to go again over the weekend.
The game itself is playing well, but the competition changes the dynamic. Later stages you really want to be accumulating chips, but with the comp you're more interested in not busting a la DYM - so it gets a bit weird.
Had a situation I wasn't expecting though that I'd like clarity on. 4 left. I went all-in and a shorter stack called all-in. Bigger stack got involved and won the pot. I beat the short stack and placed third. But I didn't cash.
Description of the game says "The tournament ends when 50% of the players are left. 50% of the prizepool is then paid back equally to the players and the other 50% is paid out relative to final chipstack."
Should 3rd place get stake back if they finish in 3rd with no chips??
Thanks to everybody who played the new game and thanks for letting us know your thoughts on the gameplay
Well done to IDONKCALLU who went on an amazing run and secured 7 straight cashes!
I have added you to tonights 7pm Bounty Hunter. Good luck!
Thanks again everyone and keep checking back on the forum for some other competitions...
