The HitDonks!!............ A HitSquad SuperTeam
IMPORTANT HITSQUAD ANNOUNCEMENT!!!
After winning Four Consecutive Team DTD Titles, and Fifth Seemingly in The HitBag, We have decided in the Spirit Of DTD Sporting competition to change OUR Team entrie's significantly!!
This has been Well & Worthily debated amongst our Squadron Leaders & agreed to by Key DTD admins over last few weeks!!
In fact we have steered away from My original idea, to a version Of Wynnes excellent suggestion, which I am VERY Pleased with!!
If anyone has any concerns Please PM me in first instance, as I do not want any knee-jerk posts taking away from this forward, positive, constructive, step we take for the Good of The Hitsquad & DTD Team League!!
We will trial this in May, June, July!
Now the fun bit!!.....
TWO SEPARATE HITSQUAD TEAMS WILL ENTER DTD EACH MONTH!!!
Each month, 12/15 Selected Squaddies will be registered every Monday enmasse by me & Play as the HitSquad Donks, the balence of Squad registrants will be known as The HitSquad Jams, These teams will remain for One whole calendar month League!!
At end of every Month...6 HitDonks WILL be 'relegated', & 5/8 HitJams will take their places, 'promoted'!! Along with The Winner of The Weds THS Donk-a-Fun League!! {If Tie Monthly DTD results take pref'}
The Results will be dependant on DTD points scored, as in the Dragonfli league produced Now by Teresa, [ty,x], and any draws, sorted by the current Monthly DTD individual league!!
This has been debated hard & carefully, and I feel will add to healthy competition amongst Squad, leading to better & improved play & will to win!!
This is NOT ELITEST!!! Something I have always strived for, as with this structure ANYONE can qualify for 'The HitDonks' with just One good DTD Monday Result, BUT, to stay in HitDonks you will ideally need to play nearly EVERY Monday!!
I would hope/expect 'The Hitdonks' to play at least 3 mondays every DTD calendar month.
I hope you ALL see this as a positive Move as I do!!

I feel this Incentive should ensure an APRIL DTD Team WIN!!
Going forward, 'The HitDonks' will have 6 'relegated' each month, 'The HitJams' will have the top 4 defo Promoted, plus Two Captains Picks*, which would normally be the 5th & 6th finish from the HitJams!!

This is a saftey net to avoid this possible issue!!
If a Squaddie has Qualified or just been Promoted, but cannot play for the Hitdonks the following month for ANY REASON, THEN they can DEFER their place till Month after to be a Captains Pick!!
This will be done on prior agreement with me.
Thus that month 7th place will Qualify from HitJams, then month after only 5th place qualifies with deferred Squaddie taking back his/her well-earned place!!

This April DTD Team League see's the completion of 2 years of the Forum Team DTD league I started!!
We took 6 Months to Win our first One, & were always UnderDogs in First year behind TPT & 51!!
I Started the Hitsquad on Sky with just 5 Players, 3 Years ago, we wanted to have FUN, mix with Community and obviously seek success...
WE ARE JUST ABOUT to Win 5 DTD's Monthly Team Titles in a ROW!!
We Came 8th in The APAT National yearly Live Team tournie !!
We had our HitDonks reach semi-Final of The APAT National on-line Cup!!
We have had Squaddies go deep in many live Major tournies thru-out UK!!
We had a SPT win for Sam!! & many SPT FT's & cashes
We field regular 30-40 players on DTD Mondays, have 125+ in our FB group, have established a Great & friendly reputation on Sky, with APAT, & at many Casinos!!

If any HitDonk Qualified cannot play most of month, I have saftey in place, to sub them for month, then they take back there place for the next Month!
