Folding the over pair?

Cash poker is a weakness of mine and I'm trying to improve in this area.  However the following hand has left me confused about what is a correct decision long term.  I've deleiberatly left the result out of the hand following the check raise.  I dont want this to come across as a whining I got unlucky or whatever cos that happens so not going to complain.  I just want to know should I call or fold to the check raise on flop and why?

Looks fine although I prob bet a little more on that flop given how wet it is. Call now he can have enough Jx draws etc to make it profitable

From your post i take it you lost the hand.

It depends on the opponent how has he been playing? If he has been generally quite tight, it's a fold. Has been shoving a lot? Easy call.

In this situation to the check raise all in it's probably a fold. People don't tend to decieve much down at 4nl. I take it he has the nuts.
