Need help loading poker game

i have never had a problem before , and now it will not let me load my poker game up that i have payed 11£ buy in for and it pops up with a little box saying game already loaded , when it isnt ? help please?

    I just had the same and I've been on here for years.. Contact customer chat and they will refund you
