Connection issues?

Anyone else constantly disconnecting on tables?

    yes all the time,
    It get worse day by day, don't understand why, all i keep hearing that it is my lap top, or its my provider, or it wireless connection, it doesn't happen until i login to sky poker, my misses on her laptop during the day when i come home from work put my lappy on a start playing, both go off, tried everything no joy.

    i just hope sky poker can just look into the problem and try and sort it out for everyone.

    Yep. And for some reason tables have slowed down massively RE dealing cards etc.

    down to 2 tables yet one saying connection prob other still running blew off chips before losing connection this aint poker

    Yep been terrible for about six weeks... but if you ever complain it's never Sky's fault but your internet provider etc....just for the record my internet provider is SKY. :)

    I don't wanna get on Skys back too much because obviously there developing new software & understandably will have a few bugs to sort. But I did disconnect on a single table out of 4, which happened to be the one I was in a big hand, I was pretty certain it wasn't me but came on here just incase to check with others.

    My PC was ok but my lap-top was lagging so bad, i gave it a powerwash, in other words washed everthing
    off so it runs like new. A bit of a pain to put everthing back on, when it was only when i was on sky poker
    i had any probs. ok now x fingers.

    There was a problem experienced by some players last evening, & the Business were aware of this.

    It was being dealt with late last night, & hopefully it will be sorted by now.

    Apologies to all those affected.

    It is quite odd that only a small % of players were so affected, & others not at all, & I'm sure the reasons for that will become evident when the problem is diagnosed.
