Started 3 tournaments in the last hour, 1 works fine, the other 2 it just says. "please be advised you already have this table open" i clearly dont, i have deleted all browsing data, history and cache and cookies, ive tried it on the browser and download client and still getting the same message.. i spoke to customer crae and they were beyond useless and just said.. "no idea" would anyone else have any ideas on preventing this or anyone having the same problem???

It seems that when there is an update there is a problem straight after either with logging on, the lobbies or laggy tables.
I am no software expert but surely there is some way of making sure these updates wont cause other problems on the site.
In fairness though when i did get through t customer care eventually they refunded with no problem
