How do you stay focussed at cash?

Just wondering the maximum i normally play for is about 1 in a half hours at any one time, normally a lot shorter than this.

I was wondering how do people stay focussed when they are playing at Cash for longer periods of time?

Last night after over an hour, i lost a hand to an all in, when i had a straight opponent had a full house. On the river opponent checked to me, i put in a big bet and he shoved and i snapped him off. I didnt even see that the board had paired on the river!

    Anyone notice that, losing focus after an amount of time?

    i normally have a quick 5 minute break- coffee/tea bit of music to accompany the session when i come back, but normally without lyrics, stuff like explosions in the sky i like for playing quite relaxing/ no lyrics etc.
