The application could not be installed. Try installing again. If the problem persists, contact the application author. Error 2032.

Hi im no tech whizz so please help i get this error when trying to download the software from the 

ive tried re-booting, deleting cookies, re installing software from adobe site direct. What shall i do?

    I would try uninstalling Adobe Air then reinstall it and try the download again.
