Why is it SKY have the brass neck to balls my tournament up then when i complain (which took 3 attempts and 2 days) say to me there is nothing they can do and no compensation will be forthcoming, i only playr poker on sky unless live and most of my sports betting is done with them too but they have treated me like a right mug and ripped me off, then when i tell them if that is the case i want my account deleting and all my details desposing of they say they will keep my very personal details for 5 years, if they can rip me off in a tournament how the **** can i live with the knowledge they have my address and bank details, which however unlikely are still open to misuse and abuse, ridiculous and wholey un satisfactory :((((((((
