£400 BH, £11 buy in.

Oppo is a forum reg but can't say I have played him a great deal....no real reads but seems a competent player.

Unsure about whether I should fire again or check.  He has called 640 leaving himself with 1600ish, should this tell me anything? What should I do on the turn?

Tbh i think if you rep the 7 you take it down imo if he had over pair or the 72 or 10 he would re raise after the flop ,I personally think he is flush chasing but i could be wrong.

Bad card to rep really, if he's calling the flop, he's likely calling the turn.

You basically have to rep quads. What hand would you ever 3bet that has a 7 in it? Doubt you'd even 3bet 77.

You can rep overpairs obv but I prefer to just shut down especially after he called such a big flop bet. I prefer going like 490-550 on the flop.

I've seen the result in the diary, but I think shutting down on that turn is probably for the best. Could be on the flush draw but you hold the A of clubs so perhaps not. Give up, next hand and look for a better spot.

Flop sizing is way too big if ur planning on going 2 streets.

Prob too big even if ur just 1 and out.

Wud just go 1 myself, 400 tops!

    Hi W

If hes a reg and is fairly solid then leaving himself with just 1600 after calling is strong to my mind as he's not leaving this pot. You've two overs but not much else. Rep the 7? Why would SB be in pot with 7 unless 77, 87s, 67s...which is too narrow a range. I think ch/fold mode is order of the day here. Doubt he'd bluff or just call flop without a good hand.
