You basically have to rep quads. What hand would you ever 3bet that has a 7 in it? Doubt you'd even 3bet 77.
You can rep overpairs obv but I prefer to just shut down especially after he called such a big flop bet. I prefer going like 490-550 on the flop.
If hes a reg and is fairly solid then leaving himself with just 1600 after calling is strong to my mind as he's not leaving this pot. You've two overs but not much else. Rep the 7? Why would SB be in pot with 7 unless 77, 87s, 67s...which is too narrow a range. I think ch/fold mode is order of the day here. Doubt he'd bluff or just call flop without a good hand.
Cheers for the input on the flop bet sizing too
