Best value in terms of sky poker rewards?

I play low/med limit cash/Mtt's and Sit n go's and i make a bit of profit in each of them. I play between 2 and 4 tables at a time, what would work out as the most profitable in terms of sky poker rewards, saying i put in roughly 4-8 hours a day,??

    Selecting the game you do best at will be like 100times more profitable than selecting one because it might make you a few more points.

    Well yeah as Cal said, choose the game you make the best profit from.

    Assuming by chance, you make an identical profit per hour from all games, I'd say cash and SnGs are always gonna be MILES better for C4P than MTTs.

    Also, assuming you aint gonna make Priority, then it is still based on pence per point and not a rakeback % so you get 6 points per £1 of rake in cash, but 10 points per £1 of rake in SnGs, so if you are earning less than 10,000 points, then SnGs are the best, but yeah choose the one you win the most money at.
